Abstract Submission
AWCBR welcomes the submission of abstracts for both oral and poster presentations. Those who submit may opt to be considered for both options, however only a selected number of oral presentation spots are available.

Poster Presentations
Oral Presentations
Please can you adhere to poster dimensions of A0 paper in portrait orientation. The poster boards are 1.2m wide and 2.3m high and velcro dots will be provided at the conference registration desk for you to display your poster on the board.
Please avoid landscape orientation with A0, as this will obscure your poster and encroach into adjacent poster boards.
The meeting convenor will contact you directly to advise if you poster has been accepted and when your poster session is being held.
All student poster presentations will automatically be considered for the poster presentation prize.
ECRs < 6 years post PhD will automatically be entered for consideration for the Aotearoa Brain Project Best Poster Presentation Award.
Oral presentations will be held in a format limited to 10 minutes per presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.
Presenters will be able to use one powerpoint - audio capabilites may be limited and are subject to the venues equipment.
Please note that oral presentation spaces are limited and will be assigned at the discretion of the AWCBR committee.
All student oral presenters will automatically be entered for consideration for the Goddard Prize.
ECRs < 6 years post PhD will automatically be entered for consideration for the Aotearoa Brain Project Best Oral Presentation Award.
