2024 Registration
For the upcoming AWCBR 2024 conference, we are pleased to offer a structured registration fee schedule, with early bird rates available for both student and non-student participants. Additionally, we are excited to announce that childcare support will be available during the conference to help accommodate attendees with young families. Further details regarding the childcare support will be provided in due course.

We are also delighted to share that AWCBR has secured funding from the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand (NFNZ) to assist with the costs for students and early career researchers (ECRs) who present at the conference. This support underscores our commitment to fostering emerging talent within the neurobiological research community. Please note, the exact amount of funding available will be determined after the registration period concludes. We will provide additional communication in due course. We encourage participants to take advantage of these opportunities and look forward to an engaging and productive meeting.
Registration Fees
The deadline for Early-Bird registration is Friday 19 July 2024, after which the Standard registration fee applies. Please be aware that no abstract will be accepted unless accompanied by the registration fee, which covers entry to all scientific sessions of AWCBR. Standard registrations will be accepted up to 19 August 2024, but the final deadline for abstract submission is Monday 24 June 2024. A refund of 80% of the registration fee will be made for withdrawals prior to 1 August 2024. There will be no refunds after this date.
