*ECR: awarded 2020 onwards, adjusted for career breaks. Your PhD is considered "awarded" when you receive notification that the requirements of your PhD have been met.
To be eligible for a grant-in-aid, a student must be a postgraduate student or ECR (Awarded 2020 onwards, adjusted for career breaks. Your PhD is considered "awarded" when you receive notification that the requirements of your PhD have been met) attending or working for a New Zealand University and be the presenting author (poster or oral) at AWCBR. Grants-in-Aid are made from funds provided by the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand. AWCBR reserves the right to administer these funds as its Executive Committee sees fit.
