Abstract Submission
Please can you adhere to poster dimensions of A0 paper in portrait orientation. The poster boards are 1.2m wide and 2.3m high and velcro dots will be provided at the conference registration desk for you to display your poster on the board.
The meeting convenor will contact you directly to advise if you poster has been accepted and when your poster session is being held.

All student poster presentations will automatically be considered for the poster presentation prize.

We are excited to announce that 30 poster submissions will be selected for our new lightning round elevator pitch competition!

Oral presentations will be held in a format limited to 10 minutes per presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Presenters will be able to use one PowerPoint slide deck.

Please note that oral presentation spaces are limited and will be assigned at the discretion of the AWCBR committee.

All student oral presenters will automatically be entered for consideration for the Goddard Prize.

Abstract submissions are now open. Please complete the abstract submission form below in full. Abstracts should be kept to a maximum of 250 words. Previous abstracts can be found in the past proceedings. Abstract submissions will close on Monday 24 June.

Abstract body should not exceed 250 words. Abstracts should be unstructured but must contain a statement of the problem (aim), brief methods, clear results, and a statement of the conclusions or significance of the findings. Abstracts will be reviewed and may be returned to the authors for modification.
